Men shoot for a total time (including rest) of under 10 minutes
Ladies shoot for a total time of under 11 minutes

This was good for me....since i SUCK at rowing, which is part of the SUCK WODs...but i definately see improvement. I kept below 2:00/500 m 99% of the time. I finished with 11:02 (dammit...so close) and a 36" jump. i think i could have done higher if i had a box...but the whole tire stability thing kinda threw me. Excuses excuses, right :)

I did the ab workout from yesterday, which was really fun, and finished in 15:56, which I'm told was fast. I think my stomach is already tighter, so keep it coming! No more flabs on the beach!
