WOD
For 30 minutes on the minute every minute do the following:
5 x Chest to the bar pull-ups (reps don't count unless the bar touches the chest)
5 x GHD sit-ups or knee to elbows (GHD SU one hand must touch the floor on the way back and KTEs the knees must touch the elbows)

If you go over your minute, just do as many as possible in 30 minutes.

Hey Guys, Gals and Programmers-

Big-time congrats goes out to our newcomer "SS" for his victory this weekend at CQC in the Cage in Fayetteville this past Saturday. A dominant performance capped off with an armbar to finish the fight deserves a big shout out and congratulations. While none of the ECCF athletes will probably see him anytime soon, the next time I see him I will pass on some Team 6 love.

I have open stigmata wounds again. This means that it was really fun having 1200+ lb. animals attached to said stigmata hands by small leather straps all day long. The only reason I even managed to finish the workout is because I finally wrapped the bar with my pink towel and did pink towel pull ups and KTEs. Yes, there are pictures of this. I don't care--I am a girl, I have girl hands, I will be buying gloves soon. I have no idea if I did all of the pull ups or not--it just became one hellish rotation of pull ups and KTEs after another without breaks after about minute 15 or so. I think I did a million of each. Ugh, it was awful. However, I have come up with a handy new tool for when GNC is yelling at me (which he does kind of a lot). I just wear my ipod now :-)

Wabbitt
