I pretty much suck at everything these days, and I was slow and pathetic and am lifting little weenie weights right now, but at least I made it in today. And we got to listen to fun music and talk about very mature, adult things, so that was good...Oh, and GNC is refusing to do all of this stretching, which would be the only place where I have any remote chance of excelling! We will fix him, though...

There are some yeahs and nays about the I SUCK program, the good thing is I don't need you here to call me a fatass because my fat-pill left last Friday and will be gone for a month or so. Processed food gone along with the beer. :(....till Memorial Day...Mullet Maddness! Carolina Beach...."The Redneck Riviera" Good WOD today! Oh by the way did you get the message C. Glassman wants you to get ahold of him.

I'll send Coach a message tonight. Work has had me a little swamped the last few days. I kind of suspected there would be some grumblings about the I SUCK program because nobody wants to do what their not good at. Today's WOD whooped my little bony ass. I was 10 calories short of 9 rounds and was glad to hear the 20 minute buzzer go off.
