Running very slowly (on the no jump, no run ankle) and likely cursing a fair amount. It's kind of how I roll these days.

hell yeah! thank you Crossfit gods....this workout was made for ME!!!!! i destroyed it. 13:24....i didn't get you hound, but i tried! and thank you thank you thank you for a workout without the use of my ridiculously torn up hands. Its almost as if crossfit only wants us to date/be involved with men that do crossfit. i mean, what other guy is going to think these hands are sexy? :)

Sorry I didn't make it to your class this a.m. I did make it back to xfit today, though. First day back after a vacation is always fun. Did the wod in 14:00...felt like I was going to puke...but that was after the wod & a plank tabata that Kate talked me into. Thanks, Kate! :)
That 6am class is fast! Great job!

Ugh, I was slow. I finished in 14:20, and my legs felt like Jello all day! It was fun, though. Linds was crazy fast--I huffed and puffed after her, but I didn't stand a chance. I did manage to beat Doc, though, so that's something...
