Do we really need to go through this again? C'mon....you know I love ya, man! If a particular shefitter did the deed (for the FIRST time), I'm sure it was just a joke, since you wrongfully accused her the last time! :)

Good job, today on the wod. I did my own thing today. Deadlift #165 3x, then #175 1 rep max. That, after heavy squats.....I'm gonna be feeling it this wknd!

Ben I'm sorry you thought you were gonna die....it's a little trick I play to get you to push the weight up.
Mike I like those kind of workouts but like Hound I suck at bench press.
