Back Squat 10 sets of 2 @ 80% max (1 minute rest between sets)

rest 3-5 minutes

15 KB Swings (men 70lbs/women 50lbs)
15 KB Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (men 70lbs/ women 50lbs)

Thank God I've RX+ the weight to 40lbs on our most recent WODs involving KB Swings...makes 50lbs within my capacity right LOL??!!! Stand by...

RX+ this beasty WOD too as we only have 45lb or 53lb KB..so you know I had to rise to the challenge!I must say that accordingly,IT SUCKED! But hey thats why I am SO ADDICTED TO CROSSFIT!

Mike I knew it wasn't typo and will have to scale to abililty like Gala and do 53lbs., just not looking forward to it.

Hound I thought I recognized you when I first saw you. Aren't you the spokesperson for Curves?
My goal today will be to beat Hound's BS of #165.

Yeah, i once again totally underestimated the workout. i am not a beast like gala and i did the 45 lb kettlebell. i did 135 on my back squat though, which felt pretty good.

Wow, Hound talks a big game when he's not suffering (slowly) through his workout...

Let's see...what was my time again? Oh, that's right, 9:23 (45# KB, 95# BS), which means that I almost could have done two workouts to Hound's one. I'll have to catch the 6 o' clock class sometime soon so that when I finish my workout, I can cheer the Hound on while he finishes his...sounds like he needs a little motivation.

Been tweaking my wkouts. 9 more weeks left...gotta get this right! (Missed you in hip hop class today! Did a different wod too! Hey, Friday night...hip hop class @ 5:45pm!) Think I'll be in tomorrow, though. Hope to see you! :)
