some of us have jobs! :) i had to go to the range today. thus missing team 7. muchos apologies. i was busy shooting. ill be there tomorrow ok? geez!

Hound,

After a very intense wod elsewhere (mostly legs, though, & some push ups), I managed to do this wod in 5:45. I did have the help of bands with the HSPU, since last time GNC told me my head had to touch the mat each time. I also had to use a band for dips, but that's no suprise, since I have weak little triceps.
So, the point, you may ask? I made it in today! Yay! Felt good.

Oh yeah, I think I forgot to mention collapsing on the push ups. Definitely felt the burn/numbness/pump. Good wod!
