Warm-up
50 Double Unders
3 x 10 Dead Hang Pull-ups
3 x 15 Glute Ham Sit-ups
Alternate DH pull-ups with GHD situps
Shoulder Press 5 x 5 (2-3 minutes rest between sets, progress with each set, last set do 5 or more)
Rest 3 minutes
4 rounds
400 meter run
20 x Push Press (use the same weight as your heaviest Shoulder Press)
Finish with 10 minutes of stretching

Hound, I have been silently watching your progress and I think about the only thing I'm getting you on consistently is the squat. I would imagine by this time next year you'll have to take over the blog and send me on my way. That will surely put the Wabbitt over the edge. Great work and I look forward to seeing your Deadlift poundages tommorow.MP
