Bench Press 3 sets of 5 reps as heavy as possible (rest 3 minutes between sets)
rest 3 minutes
For time:
3 rounds
400 meter run
15 Overhead squats (95lbs men/65lbs women)
15 burpees (done with a push-up and clap the hands overhead)

wow i'm the first comment today! exciting! this was my first workout in a WEEK, and i was ready for a good one. I smoked the run, despite the torrential downpour that was occurring, but the burpess got me. :) oh well, plenty of room for improvement.
