you guys and your cryptic messages are getting a little weird here. i'm starting to worry....This workout took me by surprise and left me unable to communicate with the outside world for a little bit. :) so not only is crossfit giving me man hands and breaking me down emotionally every day, it is now giving me social disorders as well. Greeeeeeaaaat. :)
