Hound,

Great seeing you this morning! Thanks for the instruction on the cleans (and pull-ups). While I did the cleans at 75% bodyweight, my form was bad enough that I allowed the bar to hit my chest, rather than keep it at shoulder level. Now my chest has a knot & is turning blue. Ow!
You beat me by 6 seconds, I think....15:09. That was tough. Used the floss till I had to do 7 pu's, then the blue band. Blister busted, as predicted, but no biggie.
Hope I see you tomorrow...You're the motivator!
