I got to run 3 people through the WOD this morning Mike. It was pretty cool, I need a whip. I suspect that I will be running class again tommorow as well. I tried this one myself after everyone else finished. Only got 5 rds plus 100m. Body says time for a rest day. Like a genius, knowing what was in store for us Monday, I was talked into doing the WOD Saturday. Thanks :). Lets just say it was cooked up by TomJon and Andrea and involved Burpees a 400m run and a full deck of cards. OOOOUCH! Still had fun though, thanks for walking with.

Got to get back to work now, BLA! I once again figured out a way around my companie's web filter, suckers. You cant keep a good Hound down. Or a bad one!
