Joe, If done with precision it is probably one of the most and some would argue the most important element in improving performance. There's really only one way too know, buy a scale and measuring cup and weigh/measure everything for a couple of months and see if it matters. I think you will be surprised by the results and the discipline will be for the soul of the Hound. MP
