WOD
Back Squat 5 x 3 reps (each set should progressively heavier with 2 minutes rest between sets)
rest 5 minutes
Finish with 800 meter time trials
2 x 800 meter runs (rest 3 minutes between efforts)

well hound.....i did not catch you! you got me by 12 seconds. the cold got to me. :( at first glance this workout was made for me, but for some reason i needed to stop and puke up water on the second run! that slowed me down a bit. hehehehehe
