I was slow and terrible and that Hound beat me. I had to row instead of run--rowing prior to deadlifts officially sucks. My time was 15:42, which is painful to admit, because the Hound finished in under 13 minutes. I did 115# on the DL, and all I can say is, I'm glad I don't have to pick myself up and carry myself around on a regular basis.

Please, please stop watching all the martial arts films. And Star Wars, too, for that matter. The delusions of grandeur resulting from such dangerous practices are practically choking me out over here...

And some challengers have to work--even on Saturdays. So enjoy it while you can, Hound. I will return to my once glorious form soon enough and will resume beating you back into submission.
