Next
Find your kipping pullup max.
Finish with: Left or right side support Take a prone position, roll to side leaning position, balance on left arm and left leg, lift right leg up sideward.(Left side record ? 130 reps, Right side record - 130 reps) Find your max for both sides.

So GNC claims that I am still favoring my ankle and shouldn't do weighted squats yet, which, truth be told, is just fine by me. I did shoulder presses instead, and got a new 3 rep PR at 65#! I only got 26 pull ups, which was kind of a bummer, because I wanted to get 30, and probably should have--I just wasn't focused or something--or maybe I was still a little tired from the shoulder press. Not my best day, though. I only got 25 per side on the other thing--130 is insane! But I did do my first banded muscle ups (which were really funny, b/c then I got stuck in the bands and GNC felt the need to take pictures before helping me out of them) and practiced some static holds. I am still absolutely determined to beat that Hound in the race to the Muscle Up!
