For time:
1 mile run
400 meter farmer walk two 55lb dumbbells men/two 35lb dumbbells women
8oo meter run
200 meter farmer walk two 55lb dumbbells men/two 35lb dumbbells women
400 meter run
100 meter farmer walk two 55lb dumbbells men/two 35lb dumbbells women
Finish with 10 minutes of stretching.

HI Mike, I know todays WOD is already posted but yesterday could be considered active rest. We only did one round for workout and most of us did it at 3 minutes or under. Kinda funny everyone was satisfied with one round!!!

Katie, That's because I was a knucklehead, it was supposed to be 5 rounds. I was wondering how the Hound did this thing in under 5 minutes. I guess if your gonna be stupid you better be strong.
