800 meter run
15 x Deadlift 255lbs men/180lbs women

Finish with 10 minutes of stretching

Hound, I can't believe you are that close to 405, that is amazing progress. How long have you been doing CF now? Sounds like Chrissy is hanging in there, I betcha she doesn't whine about box squats. I got 255 for 5 today and finished the WOD in 16:13.MP
