15 Box Jumps 20 inch
25 Sit-ups

WOD
Shoulder Press
3 sets of 3 reps (attempt PR on last set)

For Time:
5 Rounds
250 meter Row
15 Air Squat Jumps (Execute an air squat and jump out of the squat and bring your knees to your chest)
15 Clapping Push-ups (go to your knees if you are unable to do reg clapping push-ups)
15 Pull-ups

Finish with 10 minutes of stretching

WOD 16:? The C2 wasn't available so I ran instead. The air squat jumps were akward at first by I finally got the hang of them after the first 20 or 30. MP

MP,
that was AWFUL! :) that one took me by surprise. Those squat jumps were really awkward at first, and continued to suck. I also had to drop down to the "girly" push-ups...so my ego was already bruised by the first round. Really don't even know my time...but i did SP of 70#, which sadly, is my PR.
Overall, a humbling day for my state of physical fitness.
