Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
1 Rope Climb
10 Burpees

Finish with 10 minutes of stretching.

Mike I will try this workout some other day...my arms were still tired this morning. Obviously need to use my legs more next time. Then Andrea made me do the workout she put up with her.
