21 Sumo deadlift high pulls 95lbs men/65 lbs women
12 pull-ups

Finish with 10 minutes of stretching

I liked today's WOD a lot. did my PR front squat at 145 and did the WOD in 15:45 i think. Felt good. I have been taking steps at changing my diet and it is totally helping. You guys weren't kidding! :)
