If anyone is interested in doing some of these CFE workouts with me in the evenings...even sporadically, i would LOVE LOVE LOVE the company! They are mostly sprints, but there are some interval runs. i need more help with the sprints, as i am an old school trained distance runner, and not so used to incorporating this much sprinting in...and my motivation for it is pretty low! My daughter usually is company enough in the jogging stroller on the longer interval runs though.
