I didn't know what an RXed push press would have been, so I threw 135/95 on the board and watched the fireworks. It was fun. And yes, I am just as evil as everyone makes me out to be.

P.S. W/ the RX 95lbs,I did PJ's instead of PP. So didn't really RX it I suppose? But was an awesome WOD either way!

Gala, I'm glad you liked the WOD and a female using 95lbs PP or PJ is exceptional. So good on you. As far as improving your Press, Handstand holds for time (2-3 times a week). Don't ask why it works, I just know that when I have done this in the past my press improved. Each session have a goal of total time held. In the begining shoot for 1 min and break up into as many sets as necessary until you reach the one minute mark. Once you start holding for over a minute, you will probably want to start working the HSPU, but I suspect by then you will have seen some improvement. This will sound long, but give it at least 6 months along with this strength program and I think you will be pleasantly surprised by christmas. Hope this helps.MP
