Weight: For all barbell movements = 75lb men and 55lb women

Finish with 10 minutes of stretching

Looks like a smoker I'm glad doing wallballs on Wed and thursters yesterday we get more thursters in this WOD. DO you think it's best to add more weight and take longer at workout or do recommended weight and get fast time???
