Breaking News

Early polls show that the "Hound" is taking it to the "Wabbitt" and does not appear to be willing to "spread the wealth". I say good on him, we don't need no stinking socialist at ECCF. Show no mercy "Hound" and check her birth certificate while your at it.

3 rounds of 3 reps as heavy as possible
Followed by 3 minutes of rest
Finish with the following:
3 x 400 meter sprints (rest 2 minutes between sprints)

Thanks Mike, for giving us snatches and sprints the day after burpees and overhead lunges. It was all I could do to lift the pvc straight over my head, much less the pathetic 75 lbs I managed to eek out. Although I did hit a 1:15 400, descent. You're one sick guy.

Wabbit, dont blame you one bit for sleeping in. Rest that gimpy ankle and get back to hoppin again. I dont want to hear any excuses next time I beat you. Come to think, Hound needs a lucky wabbit foot to hang from his mantle.
