Hey Wabbit, I cant let Space Monkey take the blame for that weight remark. In fact he did'nt even realize you were missing.

Anyway, I'm sure you had lot's of time to make plenty of those yummy "baked goods" you're always talking about. Hint, hint. Wait a sec. that means you've had time to eat those baked goods as well. Rats!!

Mike,
I am weak and miserable--the Hound scored a solid victory on my first day back--he finished in 12:53 to my 14:02. My lungs still hurt.

And Hound, I'll have to bring some cookies or brownies or pie or something in soon. I did make both cookies and a berry and white chocolate sauce dessert (with homemade whipped cream) during my week away. Obviously, I had too much time on my hands, and should have spent more time resting so that I wouldn't have been so pathetic this morning! I will get you, though--I really will!

Good evening Mike. This was a good workout I enjoied it. The second round I used the 45# slam ball, that sucked, almost as bad as Wabbits time, just kidding.

On a more serious note I think we should turn our attention to one of our fellow crossfitters who seemes to have fallen off the wagon. Mike, it brings me no joy to report that Wabbit has turned to a life of destructive excess. Binge drinking kegs at a time, and eating those darn baked goods.

Wabbit theres a better way. Eventhough I completely mopped the floor with you today, theres still hope. Reach out.
