Good day Mike and fellow Crossfitters. I am pleased to say we had an absolutely beautiful day here in the sandhills. I hope it was this splended in KY. I think we all should take this time to reflect on Gods awesome creation. So tonight lets refrain from metioning anything and everything crossfit related (THAT MEANS YOU Wabbit) and bask in the glow of a beautiful day.

I agree that days like this are truly splendid and cause one to feel especially close to nature. I found myself feeling a special kindred with my fellow man, as well, today. For instance, I felt empathy when I engaged in my morning exercises (at an undisclosed location), and I passed a poor, sad creature bent over a weighted bar as I was on my way back to the rowers. And I felt a deep pull for the underdog later, when I finished said exercises and cooled out a bit, and stopped to watch my fellow man working diligently to finish what appeared to be similar exercises (though his looked a bit slower than my own). I cheered him on, and made encouraging remarks, such as "Go Hound! You can do it!" And finally, I felt closest to man and nature when I very gracefully accepted my kudos by saying something poignant and uplifting, along the lines of, "Take that you silly Hound! Got you good on that one!" and "Ha!" (for good measure...)Yes, it was a glorious day!

Ahem, ahem 22:23 (which could be a time for anything--I never said crossfit...)

Oh, I should mention, though, that the elusive Space Monkey made an appearance today, and finished in 17 something, because he's all crazy fast like that. It's almost obnoxious.

I did'nt want it to come to this, but after conveneing with authorieties on "the main site", Wabbits affore mentioned time of 22:23 will be banned from all records pending further investigation of the use of illegal performance inhanceing substances. The commitee on substance regulation will be appointing a bypartison pannell to carry out the investigation. Results should be expected no sooner than 17 months and no later than the end of time. Any further and previous mentioning of this instance or any related topics will result in swift and suvere punishment.

This messsage was authorizd by the propper regulating authorites and others in high ranking, undisclosed, official positions, and not by Hound.
