Hound, there are a number of options for rope climb depending upon the persons ability. You could have them lay the floor and work their way up the rope until there standing or have them do pull-ups. 1 rope climb is generally considered 5 pull-ups. The main thing is to have them do a pulling action. As for skin the cat, knee to elbow is a good place to start and if they are strong enough have them do skin the cat but spot them thru the movement. I think you will find with STC confidence is usually the limiting factor so you have get them there thru baby steps. Hope this helps, but the key is your own imagination, one time I had some females who could not climb a rope and I tied a kb to the end of a rope and had them sit on the floor and pull it.MP
