NOTE AN UPDATE TO THE WOD
27 May 09
Wednesday
Warm-up
30 Double unders
3 sets of pullups
3 sets of GHD situps

WOD
Handstand push up
5 sets of 5 reps (start with the hands on the ground and progress to more height with each set i.e. ground, 25 pound bumper, 45 pound bumper, stack 25 pound bumper on 45 pound bumper, stack two 45 pound bumpers)
Each rep the top of the head should touch the floor.

Rest 2 minutes

For time:
5 Rounds
400 meter run
30 Kb Swings (53lb men/35lb women)
30 Jumping Ring Dips

Finish with 10 minutes of stretching

Hey brother - we are going to start a new tradition! T.O.D. - Time of The Day. I realized we never recognize who had the best times of the day, so this is my effort to remedy that.
For the Men:
Mac was the only one to RX the workout at 11:01
Andrea was the only girl to come close to RX, she posted RX for the OHS at 135, but had a 115 for the PC. Her time was 13:47. (I will take the fastest time at the closest to RX weight for the TOD). I posted it up at the gym for everyone to see.
So good job Mac and Andrea!

HSPU: 3 with a 45 and 15 lb bumper stacked on one another.

Had to use 60lb KB, but I don't think the extra poundage slowed me down.
Bubba if your reading this, let me know how your minions are doing. Hopefully someone in Cornelius has a respectable time.MP

my time was 23:31. just looked it up this mornin! didn't make the TOD but was close! Hound....awesome work to your wife! that's really great. :)
