Well hello again Hound the (Wannabe) Hulk!

I would love to say that I made a triumphant return today after my long hiatus, but in truth I am weak and slow (although less so than I would have thought), and operating under what for me passes as extreme caution. I am, however, slightly closer to the stripper skinny ideal...

In short, I was working at more of a turtle pace with very light weights (I will say that I did the 5x5 power cleans at 85# w/o any real trouble, and my prior one rep PR was 95#, so I think all the work on strengthening my core muscles via the PT has really helped! I did not, however, risk pushing for more and losing form/falling over--note the aforementioned caution.) It was good to be back, though...
