Hand stand holds with partner and no wall
L-sit holds with a cumalitive time of 3 minutes
Push up up position hold for 3 minutes
Shoulder Press
3 sets: 10 reps, 8, reps, 6 reps
Rest 3 minutes
3 mile run for time
Finish with 10 minutes of stretching
