Shoulder Press (5 sets of 5 reps)
rest two to three minutes between sets
Finish with
75 L-Sit Pull ups and L-Sit Dips (movements must be alternated until a total of 75 reps is complete)*
*This is not 75 L-sit Pullups and 75 L-Sit Dips.

Sure it does! I mean who doesn't just LOVE L-Pull-ups?
To the Programmer- If you are taking requests, can we do something like say, Eating a dozen Krispy Kremes for time? Or 15 reps of 12 oz Curls if you know what I mean?

Very creative, GNC, for those of us that can't get real L-Sit Pull ups & L-Sit Dips...25 rds of 3 jump L-sit pull ups, 2 dips (feet up on the tires), and 2 sit ups. I didn't think I was going to get much out of the wkout today, but it kicked my booty. Thanks!

There's nothing to say about me because I am Miss Neutral. Love pain if it gets me to my goal & will puke if I have to. Think everyone is awesome just because they've got the guts to do xfit. So, don't get any ideas about smack talking me... you know I luv ya, man!
(And I actually think Hound Jr. loves us "Shefitters"!)
