Back Squat
3 sets of 3 reps (as heavy as possible)

Finish with the following:
Five rounds for time:
15 reps Overhead squat (65 pounds men/45 pounds women)
Row 500 meters
25 Sit-ups

Oh, I was slow today. Finished in 19:40, and my stumpy little legs felt like lead weights after the back squats. I did 135# on the BS though! Last time, I could only get 110# and then I fell over, so I was really excited. This time I did them barefoot, turned my toes out (thank you, Ron!) and Gina showed me some things about where to place the bar, etc., that I think Ron had helped her with as well. Anyway, big improvement, so I'm not even that upset about being slow!

Oh, and I should pay my respects to Hound, who may or may not be with us after attempting Friday's workout this morning.

Congrats Wabbit, you actually beat me at back squats. I only managed to get 95# and my legs could barely take that. Oh yea, I forgot to mention, that was after I finished the filthy fifties. It took me 36:37 and the only thing I cheated on was the KB Swing, 45#, otherwise I Rx'd it. Did I ever mention I hate Burpees.

I finally got my KettleStack, adjustable Kettle Bell. It's a pretty cool device, I'll bring it in tommorow.

I have not forgotten you Mike. I am awaiting a shipment of doggy snacks and I'll send some your way. I think your pack will enjoy them and they're zone approved.
