WOD
Back squat: 3 sets of 5 reps (rest 3 minutes between sets and go as heavy as possible)
Rest 3 minutes and finish the day with the following:

3 Rounds for time:

400 meter run
25 Pull-ups
25 Jumping Ring Dips
25 Slam balls

Mike,

At first look, it did not look to bad, but i was keeled over for 10 to 15 minutes after I was done. This one straight wore me out.
