Back Squat
3 reps of 3 sets (as heavy as possible)

Finish with the following:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
10 Double unders
5 Pull-ups

Ugh...I hate when the Hound is ahead and it's only Monday. I hesitate to mention any back squats--I can't get low enough, which is always an issue, but this time it's moderately legit, due to the still sore ankle, so I stopped at 125# b/c my form was stupid and bad. GNC had me substitute 150m rows for the 10 double unders, as there are no double unders in my immediate future, and I made it through 18 rounds, which was kind of slow compared to most everyone else. I probably would have been equally slow had I been doing real double unders, though, b/c I was just getting the hang of them, so the rowing was likely a fair trade. This was fun, though!

Just curious...will we ever flip tires? That'd be kind of cool. They're sitting there looking pretty.
