Today, I conquered my fear of the Double Under!! (Insert cheering crowds here) In truth, I was still fairly miserable, and I was afraid to do actual double unders at first, so I started with singles, and did 400 of those before attempting (after much pressure from GNC) the scary DUs. I did 41 real ones, hit myself in the head at least ten times, and missed another 1,255 attempts at a real double under, most of which managed to end either when I hit myself in the head or whipped myself in the ankles. However, I never fell down (as I did on TomJohn's watch, ahem...), and I actually got better and less awkward with some help from GNC. I did the rockers/KtoE in 6:47, which was some redemption for my lack of other skillz. All in all, not a terrible first day back from vacation, given that the likelihood of me ending up in the ER today was particularly great.

This was a fun WOD and a good one to come back to, you know after super bowl lag. I completed 195 D/U's, just shy of my goal of 1000, another minute or so and I would have had it. Finished the K2E and Rocker portion in 9:50. Did I ever mention how much I love rockers, didn't think so.

So whats this vacation business Wabbit? Are air squats and burpees illegal in Florida? Just kidding, Im glad your back, I was almost running out of material. HA HA.

Mike your gaurd dog is truly intimidating. Kudos to the photographer. I know photo opp's such as that are very few and far between. I'm curious to know just how long that pillow remains in tact. She's a pretty girl.

H. I think my wife just got lucky because Sara operates at two speeds, fast or asleep. Glad to have you and W. back, we have missed the banter.MP
