While I was glad to opt out of the freezing cold temps, I am sad to have missed this workout. I went in and did yesterday's instead, and I did real dips! I even did my first ever weighted dips (only at 5#, but I'm still psyched)! Then we tried ring dips and I was a moron again. Oh well...more practice, I guess. I was fairly terrible at the L-sits after that, and was only moderately better at the handstands, but I did make it to my car safely--which is progress, right? See everyone next week!
