Something safe for Wabbitt.

Weighted Dips 5 Sets of 5 Reps (rest 2-3 minutes between rounds)

Finish with 3 L-sit and 3 Hand stand holds
Hold each movement for as long as possible

Hope your ankle is okay Wabbitt and somebody please ensure she gets to her car okay.

Thanks Mike...though I have to admit that I woke up really sore this morning, both from the hell that was yesterday's workout and the ankle, so I chose a rest day. I'll probably try this tomorrow, though, since I think it will be a couple of days before I can jump around, swing things overhead, etc.

I missed everyone this morning--hope it was fun!
