Push Press (3 sets of 3 reps as heavy as possible and rest 2-3 minutes between sets)

Finish with the following:
In 10 minutes how many rounds can you complete?
10 Knee to elbows
10 Slam balls

Today was the best day at crossfit EVER!! I got 85# on the push press (even though GNC now says that I keep trying to do a push jerk after all the practice last week--I can't really distinguish the difference, and I'm really just happy to be able to put heavy things over my head without falling down), and I did 10 ROUNDS on the KTE/Slamball workout. That's right--10 ROUNDS!! Let's see...Space Monkey had...what? oh that's right...8 rounds, and the Hound was just a bit shy of 9 rounds. Did I mention that I did 10? And that I finally, finally CRUSHED the Space Monkey?? Woohoo!!!! I am going to mark the calendar and celebrate the anniversary of this day every year from now on. Yippee!!
