I think we all underestimated this one--it was pretty horrible. I only managed 5 rounds + 9 push jerks, and I spent most of my 20 minutes contemplating what particular brand of masochism it is that causes me to get up early and trudge my way into crossfit. Adding insult to injury, the Hound solidly beat me this morning. It's a rough week. Obviously, I need to show up with some brownies and/or other heavy, calorie laden items to slow him down. Alternatively, I could simply throw said heavy, calorie laden items at the boys as a distraction, so that I could beat them all. This might be my new workout strategy...
Nice combination here. I changed it up and did a heavy version for 10mins. I used 135# for PJ and did Air Squats as low as posible. 4 rounds plus 7pj. Should have done better but I had nothing in me after being sick....
