I have to say it...after today, Ron is my hero. (GNC--it's okay, because I am a woman, and therefore talented at multi-tasking, which means that I can have multiple heroes at one time.) He managed to help me do presses, and push ups, and REAL DIPS!! all while looking much less like the half-retarded crossfit ninja I usually resemble. It was a big day. Oh yes, muscle ups, here I come...

I also realized somewhere around round 6 of the sprints that this was really just a clever way of making us row 2000 meters faster than we ever thought we could. My fastest split was 55.4, and I think my slowest was 57 something. I have never before seen anything in the 1:40s on the rower, but I did today (only for very short amounts of time, but still...)
