Deadlift: 1 set of 5 reps (go as heavy as possible)

Finish with the following:

Five rounds of:
Push press15 reps
24” Box Jumps 20 reps
Pick load for push press and keep it for all five rounds.
Divide push press weight by number of seconds to completion for total score. Post in comments.

Is it the time for the total workout divided by the load used for the push press?

Ron, Just the time it takes to complete the 5 rounds of PushPress/Box Jumps.
Example
Push Press Weight=100
Total time in seconds=500 seconds
100/500=.2
Score =.2
The higher the score the better. Hopefully, that's not too confusing. When in doubt, just shoot them in the face.MP

Well, I was suprised to see Ron this morning. Everything was going fine. I completed the 5 rounds (minus deadlift) in 19:30 using 115#. But then I asked Ron for my score. He got this really confused look on his face and it all went south from there.
