Ugh.

I was terrible at front squats today. I really don't know what's wrong with me--it's like I'm getting worse on strength days instead of better. I only got 95# on a full set, and I could do one rep with 100# and then I'd fall over every time. Cindy had us do a 2K row for time after, and I somewhat redeemed myself with an 8:24.7, which is pretty fast for me. I hate being a weakling, though. GNC would have loved it.

Wabbitt

(I do think that I beat the Hound by default, however, given that there was no trace of him when I got there--he's running scared, I think.)

Mike,

Getting better at Front Squats. 135, 145, 155, 160, 165. 7:53 on the 2K row.

My absence was mourned this morning I am sure, though for those who are wondering, the only casuality to yesterday's storm was my car. A limb the size of the Wabbitt (literally) broke of a tree and viciously attacked my defenseless Accord, leaving me stranded. But, I am pleased to inform that the car will make a full recovery, and will be going to therapy to deal with the stress of the situation.

I am sorry to have missed an oppurtunity to watch the Wabbitt suffer, but I must agree that a no show is equivilant to a forfiet at ECCF and the Wabbitt takes the victory. Without knowing yesterdays MetCon results, I declare the score 2-1 in favor of the Wabbitt until yesterdays scores are figured in.

Way to crush the Wabbit on that 2k row JP. By the way Wabbit, I believe we are even on those default victories. I was in, for a second helping, yeterday around 2pm and could'nt help to notice I did'nt see your name on the board for "Something Special"; For which I posted a respectable time of 24:25. So I guess I'll just "run" home this evening and complete my 40 pull-ups (hope you did'nt forget your 9 or so) then do a grueling ab routine and mabey even alittle yoga. Hey, a man gots to streach. But fear not, H. will make his TRIUMPHANT return bright and early Friday am.

On a more gooder note, H. has just enrolled hism' self into college today. Cause I feels that edumacation is very impotant. Wish me luck.

H.

PS
If anyone has video of Wabbit falling down I would be willing to pay generously.

Due to the Hound's post bringing to light that the Wabbitt did not show up yesterday, I must take away todays victory. Also, because the Hound did not show today, his default victory yesterday doesn't count. The score returns to 1-1, with tomorrow being the weeks deciding factor. Also note, that in the event of a tie tomorrow, there will be a special tiebreaker WOD held on Saturday, for which I am sure our great and wise Programmer (MP) can devise something special.

GNC, I deeply mourn the injuries, both physical and emotional, to your car. The Trolio family sends it's most sincere condolances. As we say in the Old Country, "I nostri migliori auguri".

I did wimp out on Wednesday. When I read what was the equivalent of "75 Burpees!" and immediately felt tired, I knew it was not a crossfit ninja day. My hope was that resting my sore shoulders for a day would result in my being a rock star today, but that was obviously not the case. And I can't come on Saturday! I have to work!

And GNC, are you insinuating that if I fell on your car I would damage it to the point of it being rendered out of commission? Because I think that's basically just like calling me fat. But I am a kind and generous girl, so I will look past the fat comment (which is a clever ploy used by OTHER crossfit instructors, which I thought you were avoiding...ahem) and just say that I am sorry about your car--that's pretty rotten.

(Hound, stop sucking up to GNC! It will not cause you to win!) Also, I am fairly certain there is a rule prohibiting the use of video cameras at ECCF...
