Finish with the following for time:

21 x Clean (135lbs men/95lbs women)
21 x Ring Dips

15 x Clean (135lbs men/95lbs women)
15 x Ring Dips

9 x Clean (135lbs men/95lbs women)
9 x Ring Dips

Good evening Mr.Programer. My 5 rep max for shoulder press was 105#but, as for the rest of the WOD, I only did 2 sets of 11 reps at 115#. I started out using 135# but it was too much for a recovery week, so I wussed out. Geena knocked out the entire WOD in 8 mins. I think she should have used 135#. I'm loafing the rest of the week.

You rocked the workout today! I may have knocked it out in 8+ mins, but I wasn't squatting as low as you on the cleans (only #75) & obviously, had to use a band for the dips. I also used wussy weight on the shoulder presses. Like Cindy wrote on the board...you were #1 in show! Great job! (And if I'm working out 2x a day, you can show up tomorrow! Ha! Guess you won't be on stage wearing heels though, will you?)

What's this thing about being on stage in heels? I think we need to tell Thomas and Ron about this, it sounds like something up their alley.

Hey there. Missed you this morning. Btw, it's G-I-N-A. :) Ron already knows about the stage & heels thing (figure/fitness competitions). I'd like to see him @ Pure Gold's on Sat. though! Haven't met Thomas yet, so...couldn't say. Maybe YOU ought to give it a shot! Ha!

I'm not gonna lie, I was thinking about it. I mean, bikinis, body oil and high heels would totally go with my pasty white skin and hairy legs. Don't you think?
