My young Ninja, be careful, have Cindy tell you when you have reached the two minute mark and hark back to your words of "less painful". I expect you to complete this in under 4 minutes, you can use the remainder of your time heckling the Wabbitt.MP

Ha! I beat that Hound! I finished in 4:39, and my arms felt like jelly and I couldn't breathe for about 15 minutes after. My deadlift weight was 115#, and I would have been faster if I could have managed to get all of my pull ups in one set, but, again, the jelly arms forced me to take some breaks. This was fun, though! It would have been interesting to see how fast the Space Monkey could manage this one. If he comes in tomorrow, I might suggest that he do this one, and then Hound and I would have to find some way to sabotage him. Ugh, tomorrow is strength day...I'm already dreading it...can we please do something where I won't fall on my head? Please???

Hey Mike, I've been thinking it's about time for a program change. Let's switch up to strength day's 4times a week and metcon's 1. Just an idea. Just kidding. Good job Wabbit. But heed this warning, starting tommorow the honeymoon is over. Yes tommorow you will be fully exposed to my "Advanced Ninja Mode" as never before. I will have printed insurance waivers at the entrance, everyone WILL be required to sign. And a piece of advice for the squemish, look away. Turn your heads it will be greusome. The likes of which have not been unleashed upon this Earth since the seven plagues. Yes tommorow will be terrible and glorius. Godspeed.

BTW my time was 6:19, just a warm-up.

Thanks for the short killer. I finished in 3:47 and had to laydown on the tire for an hour until I finally could be supported by my skelital system. Good times.

Hey Michael, I tried your workout....

It wasn't pretty 7:10 using 130# on DL. Tun was a little over 6 min with 140#.

My arms were so heavy I underestimated that one. And really need to get my kips back up there after the SS.
