Hound, if your listening, I thought you might be interested in the results of my Army Physical Fitness test results today. Pushups in 2 minutes 90 reps, situps in 2 minutes 90 reps (I stopped both at the 1:45 mark), 2 mile run 12:20 and hit 5:50 at the one mile mark. Not bad for a 47 year old wore out Ranger.MP
Damn Mike,
i dont know if Hound is listening, but im impressed. Hope all is going well. Im still just working slowly into a groove over here. My knees are just taking the longest to recover.

Mike thanks for answering I tried the Nov 6th workout today with
75lbs and got started on round 3 and the 4pm class showed up and I was very thankful. Don't think I am recovered yet from feeling sick this week. I will attempt again soon. Ron will be home Sunday and sure he will love this workout too. He hasn't worked out in weeks!!

Mike S, Glad to see you come still check out my neck of the woods. Over the next 5 weeks the WODs will follow a protocol I've been working on for awhile. I used it this fall and as you can see I had some success. Not sure if it was the programming or just a good day. I think we sometimes read too much in to things. Keep checking us out and if you have any comments please don't hesitate, to drop me a line.
Hound, I was on the road Fri and Saturday, so I decided to take the weekend off and start fresh on Monday. Looking forward to hearing your turkey day trot results.
Brother Matt, hang in there I'm sure by the end of the winter, you'll find your glide path.
