Hey Mike another question Ron hasn't been around to help. I am never gonna go to Crossfit games or be a professional lifter I just like the challenging smoker workouts. Do you think just picking workouts that I like are tough for me from different sites is the way to go? Or will I have huge upper body and spaghetti legs is I don't choose correctly?? Appreciate the input if you have the time. Thanks Kate

Katie,The weight for the 06 Nov WOD was 95lbs for men and 65lbs for women. It's kind of hidden in the post, sorry about that.
I don't think you will have any problem from cherry picking workouts. Especially since are choosing ones that are tough for you. Sorry for answering so late, I didn't check the blog yesterday.MP
