Tuesday
WOD 1
Power clean 5 sets of 3 reps
Use the same weight in every set, if successful then the next time you see this workout go up 5 pounds.

WOD 2
5 rounds
10 x Hang Power Snatch 75lbs men/55lbs women
10 x Burpees (include push up, jump, and clap overhead)

Finish with 10 minutes of stretching.
