Complete as many reps as possible of:
Wallball
Burpees
Alternating movements each min, for 10min.Weights: 20 men/14 women

Finish with 10 minutes of stretching.

This three day cycle and the next, I'm giving myself a little break with the strength work. But I will start it back up again next saturday. I got 153 reps. MP
