Had to teach Oly Lifting this morning and it cut into my training window. I will have to catch up on the shoulder press later on in the week. WOD: 27:54, first time I have been able to run at a somewhat decent pace. Hip Flexor is slowly recovering, but it feels like I have lost alot of strength and endurance in my left leg. The rockers were special today.MP
